Whether you identify as a seasoned accompanist, “fake” pianist, or somewhere in between, you could probably stand to expand your musical vocabulary as a pianist to either refresh some of the songs you’ve played a thousand times, or to find new ways of accompanying hymns to make them more accessible for group singing. Led by Adam Podd and Carl Kennedy, classically trained pianists and seasoned improvisers alike will appreciate these new strategies (and permission) to get off the page.
